| It's in posts everywhere, but I'd do the throttle body bypass. I used silicone coolant and vac lines. Things to have on hand: - lower plenum gasket - EGR gaskets if yours get messed up - Brake and clutch booster hoses in case yours crack. (Z1 has silicone replacements @ 1/2 OEM cost) - PCV valves and hoses (DO NOT tough the rear PCV hose unless you have the exhaust valve cover off first, HUGE pain if you snip it otherwise) - Intake valve cover gaskets RTV for VTCs(You're already in there, and I bet yours are old!) - hose clamps that FIT the silicone hoses (including PCV) check all your connectors while you're in there! (Some may be corroded, or broken, now's the time) It's tempting to do the exhaust valve covers, but the EGR pipes are really in the way. I waited til I did my pull to reseal them. (Tossed in the BDE half moons while I was at it) There are 2 short coolant hoses on the DS of the EGR in between the firewall and motor, pretty easy to get to while the plenum is out, should only take a total of ~10" of hose, might as well replace em with silicone while you're in there! Factory hose clamps dont fit the Z1 PCV hoses, and most other silicone hoses, get some good ones. Check your AR and IACV for proper tolerances, to replace it while it's off is no problem. Last but not least? MARK your connections as they come off! Just use masking tape, it takes just a few seconds.
